Getting an internship or job right now is brutal. Hundreds of students compete for the same roles, it's nearly impossible to stand out. We're building a recruiting platform that uses University of Florida clubs and organizations as the distribution channel.

Students upload their resume once, then join clubs on the platform. Clubs then share their members' resumes directly with recruiters. Because of this, recruiters get access to vetted candidates who have demonstrated leadership experiences.

We need 2-4 founding team members to help launch in Spring 2026. We are looking for exceptional candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of entire branches of the business and drive the platform to product-market fit. You will be responsible for building and scaling a solution that fundamentally changes campus recruiting. Equity available.
